Arrival and departure times?

The normal check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. If you have an earlier arrival, please let us know and we will try to be as accommodating as possible. 

Upon arrival, how do I get a key to the apartment?

When you arrive someone will most likely greet you at the apartment, provide you with the keys and answer any questions that you might have. During your stay the greeter is available by phone to answer any questions or issues.

How do I get to the apartment?

Once a booking has been made you will receive a confirmation letter, together with a road map and suggestions of transport. Our apartments are all very central and close to public transportation. 

Is cleaning included?

A clean apartment is for us a top priority. It will be thoroughly cleaned between each guest and provided with fresh towels and bed linens. If you are staying more than a week, cleaning will be done once weekly. (Doing the dished is not included). There is a stock of extra towels, linens and blankets in all City Living apartments.

Is there Internet access in the apartment?

Yes all apartments have free high speed Internet connection.

 Do I need a passport?

When checking in we do require you to bring a photo-ID or passport.

Do you allow smoking in the apartment?

No, all the apartments are smoke free.

How about small pets?

Most of our apartments are pet free, but in some we do allow small pets. Send us a request and we can see if we can accommodate you.

So how do I book a City Living apartment?

If you would like to make a reservation please send us a request using the contact form and we will check availability. You will get a prompt reply within 24hours, or at most times within a few hours. In order for us to hold your reservation we will need a 50% deposit payed in advance.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes we do require a 25% security deposit which is fully refundable. (It can be handed over in any currency at the time of check-in). This is just for our safety of potential property damage. It will be fully refunded at the time of departure.

Can I cancel my booking?

If cancelling less than a week before your date of arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of your advance payment, the rest will be refunded.

Please note that any illegal activity will be reported to the police immediately.
